Terms & Conditions

​Unless stated otherwise within the quotation:

​

• All prices are nett

• All works to be completed in normal working hours (08:00 – 17:00 Mon – Fri)

• All works to be completed in one visit to site consisting of continuous efficient working

• All debris to be placed in bins and cleared via internal lift

• The works are priced on the basis that we are a Sub-contractor not a Principle Contractor

• Credits have been allowed for all ferrous and non-ferrous metals within the quotation

No allowance is made:

​

• For compliance with any noise restrictions peculiar to the works

• For the removal of glues and adhesives, including screed

• To isolate, decommission, cap off and make safe mechanical and electrical items

• To remove any adhesive residue or embedded fixings

• For the removal of any hazardous waste/materials

• For scaffolding or access above 3.5m

• For any making good or BWIC

• For local authority fees, tests, road closures, pavement licences and parking bay suspensions

• For the provision of temporary lighting, 3phase power and water supplies​

• For a secure area for office space and materials/ tools storage

• For W.C and welfare facilities

• For the issuance of record drawings

• For an asbestos survey or for the removal of any waste classified as hazardous waste

• For the installation of temporary dust or segregation protection hoardings or screens

• For temporary Fire Alarms by others

• Dayworks and standing/waiting time due to reasons beyond our control will be charged at rates agreed prior to works commencing

• Any variations/extra over to quantities will be priced at the same rates as the original quotation

• No dayworks or variations can commence until the price has been agreed by both parties in writing

• Payment to be me made no later than 30 days after submission of our application for payment / invoice (unless otherwise agreed prior to works commencing)

• Payment is subject to NIL retention and no MCD to be included unless agreed in writing
